Hands-On Massage Therapy was founded in 2010 by Tomeka Littlejohn a Certified License Massage Therapist. Our founder is a graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. Tomeka is a proud mother of two sons with Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes and Double Lung Transplant Recipient.  She founded the company with the goal of improving individuals overall health by providing a healing and rejuvenating touch.

 Hands-On Massage Therapy is a member of ABMP insurance company. We have over 12 years of experience. We specialize in several different massage techniques.  Some of our most requested techniques are Medical Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
